We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. If LaunchNext.dev is not right for you, you may request a refund within this period—provided you have a valid reason (see below).

Valid reasons for a refund

Refunds are granted when there is a genuine, good-faith reason. For example: the product does not work as described, you cannot get it running despite following the docs, or it does not meet your technical requirements in a way that was not clear before purchase.

We do not approve refunds for frivolous or abusive reasons. For instance, buying and requesting a refund the next second without trying the product, or asking for a refund because you “changed your mind” after downloading and using the code, is not considered a valid reason. We expect you to give the product a fair try within the 14-day window before deciding.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your order details (email used at purchase or transaction ID) and a short explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method according to your bank or payment provider’s timeline.
